Rates for ads published from our web site may vary slightly from rates quoted and used over the phone, e-mail or FAX. We only use online rates when advertisers complete their ad using the online placement form. In addition, certain specials may only apply to online or phoned in ads.

Deadlines
Ads submitted before 4:00 pm will appear in the next day's paper. Ads submitted after 4:00 pm on Friday will appear in the Tuesday paper.

Minimum Size
In order to create the most effective ads the following minimums apply. Merchandise ads require a minimum of 5 days scheduled with a minimum of 12 words per ad. All other classifications require a minimum of 3 lines per ad.

Cancellation Policy
Merchandise ads scheduled 6 to 26 days that cancel early will charge to the day canceled down to the 5-day minimum. All other classifications are charged to the day canceled. Any extras (i.e., color, border, headline) added to merchandise ads are charged at a flat rate and are not discounted or pro-rated if the ad cancels early.

Billing
All ads are due and payable upon publication and are considered delinquent after 30 days. Ads not paid for after 60 days will be forwarded for collection.

Disclaimer
All ads will be reviewed against policy for content, format, classification and spelling. The Wenatchee World reserves the right to edit, correct or exclude any ad. Please check your ad the first day of publication. The Wenatchee World is responsible for only one incorrect insertion.

Ads do not automatically renew. It is the advertiser's responsibility to call or e-mail The Wenatchee World to renew any ad. We will make a reasonable attempt to contact advertisers as ads expire, but this is not guaranteed.

Privacy Policy
The Wenatchee World collects personal information from you in order to process your request to place a classified ad in the newspaper or on-line. We use this information to process credit card charges, to submit your ad, and to contact you about your ad. At times we may call, e-mail or FAX special offers offered by the Wenatchee World. We do not use your information in any other way, nor do we offer it to any outside service or company.
